E6B Basic Flight Computer is a powerful app designed to solve wind triangle problems and explain the process using a flight computer. With this app, you can enter four out of six values, including three speeds and three angles, and the app will calculate the remaining two. The app provides an accurate visualization of a flight computer and animates the steps required to find the solution. By rotating the disk, sliding it, and adding marks, it demonstrates the values to use at each step.
The app features convenient buttons, such as "--", "-", "+", and "++", to easily enter values. Tapping these buttons decreases or increases a value, while keeping your finger on them allows for continuous adjustment. The "--" button decreases the value 10 times faster than the "-" button, while the "++" button increases it 10 times faster than the "+" button.
E6B Basic Flight Computer is compatible with Android devices, preferably tablets. On smaller screens, zooming may be necessary for optimal use.
